Partagas in Morocco: The Official Price of Every Vitola

By the CIGARA house, published

Partagas is the brand of power on Morocco’s price list: 23 approved references, from the Chicos at 20 DH to the Salomones at 370 DH, without a single mild vitola. Founded in 1845 in Havana by the Catalan Jaime Partagás, it is one of the oldest brands still in business, and its factory behind the Capitol remains the most visited in Cuba. Its Serie D No. 4 is the island’s best-selling robusto. Here is its complete Moroccan range, line by line, per stick, per box and in tubes.

What “official price” means here

In Morocco, the price of a Partagas is not negotiated: it is set by decree, published by customs circular and identical across the official channel, from Rabat to Marrakech. The wave of increases of 1 April 2026 raised nearly the whole range by 10 DH — the Serie D No. 4 went from 240 to 250 DH, the Lusitanias from 350 to 360 DH — and the Presidentes by 20 DH. The prices below are those in force since April, with the January tariff alongside wherever it changed; our full price list sets the brand among the other houses, and our Cohiba, Montecristo and Romeo y Julieta guides give the neighbouring lists. All prices are per stick, which you can buy as such at the counter.

The entry level: from 20 to 130 DH

Vitola Per stick January 2026 Box
Chicos 20 DH unchanged 25
Petit Coronas Especiales 100 DH 90 DH 25
Coronas Senior (tube) 110 DH 100 DH 25
Super Partagas 110 DH 100 DH 25
De Luxe (tube) 120 DH 110 DH 25
Mille Fleurs 130 DH 120 DH 25

The Chicos at 20 DH, a small short-filler vitola, is the cheapest Partagas on the list and one of the cheapest Havanas in the country. The Mille Fleurs at 130 DH, a half-hour petit corona, is the most temperate in the brand and its true initiation vitola; the Coronas Senior and De Luxe in tubes, sold by the stick in many tobacconists, are its pocket cousins.

The Serie D: the heart of the brand

Vitola Per stick January 2026 Box
Serie D No. 6 160 DH 150 DH 25 or 20
Serie D No. 5 210 DH 200 DH 25 or 10
Serie D No. 4 250 DH 240 DH 25
Serie D No. 4 (tube) 260 DH 250 DH 15

The Serie D No. 4 at 250 DH is Cuba’s best-selling robusto and the cigar by which Partagas is defined: 50 minutes, full-bodied from end to end, earthy and peppery. The No. 5 at 210 DH condenses the format into 40 minutes; the No. 6 at 160 DH, short and lively, is its half-hour version and the first sensible Partagas for anyone coming from a Montecristo No. 4.

Serie E, Serie P, Maduro, Legado: the large vitolas

Vitola Per stick January 2026 Box
Presidentes 200 DH 180 DH 25

Lusitanias 360 DH 350 DH 25
Culebras 180 DH unchanged 9
Salomones (Casa del Habano) 370 DH 360 DH 10

The Serie E No. 2 at 310 DH is the house’s large ring gauge, an hour and a half; the Serie P No. 2, its pyramid, at the same price. The Lusitanias at 360 DH, a double corona of nearly 20 centimetres, is the historic vitola and the longest cigar in the brand in Morocco. The Maduro No. 1 dresses the format in a dark, sweet wrapper; the 8-9-8 takes its name from the arrangement of its varnished box, three rows of eight, nine and eight cigars. Two curiosities: the Culebras, three cigars plaited together and sold in boxes of nine, and the Salomones at 370 DH, a figurado reserved for the Casa del Habano shops.

A Mini at 11 DH against a Serie D No. 4 at 250 DH: the small format gives the house’s earthy flavour for the price of a coffee. Our guide to cigarillos details what the small format offers — and what it does not replace.

Where to find them in Morocco

In the five official Habanos shops — the Casa del Habano in Casablanca, Rabat and Marrakech, and the Habanos Especialist at M Avenue — supplied by Altadis Maroc, the exclusive distributor of Havanas for the kingdom, and, for the Serie D, the tubes and the cigarillos, in approved tobacconists and palace-hotel humidors. The Salomones is sold only in the Casa del Habano shops; the Culebras, the Legado and the Lusitanias are asked for at the counter, and sometimes waited for. Our guide to where to buy covers the channel city by city.

One last word that doubles as a guarantee: the Serie D No. 4 is, alongside the Cohiba and the Montecristo No. 4, one of the most counterfeited Havanas on the market. A Serie D No. 4 at 120 DH, a box of 25 “on offer” at 3,000 DH: that is never a bargain, it is a counterfeit. At the official price, at the official counter — that is the whole rule, and it fits on one line.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a Partagas cost in Morocco?
From 20 DH to 370 DH per stick, at the administered tariff in force since 1 April 2026. The Chicos opens the range at 20 DH, the Petit Coronas Especiales follows at 100 DH, the Mille Fleurs at 130 DH, the Serie D No. 6 at 160 DH, the Serie D No. 5 at 210 DH, the Serie D No. 4 at 250 DH, the Serie E No. 2 and Serie P No. 2 at 310 DH, the Lusitanias at 360 DH, and the Salomones, reserved for the Casa del Habano shops, closes it at 370 DH.
How much does a Partagas Serie D No. 4 cost in Morocco?
250 DH per stick since 1 April 2026, against 240 DH from January to March, that is 6,250 DH for the box of 25. In a tube, it costs 260 DH in boxes of 15. It is Cuba's best-selling robusto and the brand's signature vitola: 50 minutes of smoking, full-bodied from the first third to the last, to be kept for a palate already formed.
Which Partagas should you start with?
Partagas is the brand of power and has no mild vitola; you come to it after a Montecristo No. 4 or a Romeo y Julieta Coronas. The first sensible Partagas is the Serie D No. 6 at 160 DH, short and lively, half an hour; then the Mille Fleurs at 130 DH, the most temperate in the range, and the Serie D No. 5 at 210 DH. The Serie D No. 4 at 250 DH can wait: it is the heart of the brand, not its stepping stone. The Mini and Club cigarillos, at 11 and 12 DH, give its flavour without the commitment.
How much does a box of Partagas cost in Morocco?
The list quotes prices per stick; the box is a matter of multiplication. In boxes of 25: Chicos 500 DH, Mille Fleurs 3,250 DH, Serie D No. 4 6,250 DH, Serie E No. 2 7,750 DH, Lusitanias 9,000 DH. In boxes of 10: Serie D No. 5 2,100 DH, Salomones 3,700 DH. The Serie D No. 6 is sold by 20 (3,200 DH), the Serie E No. 2 also by 5 (1,550 DH), and the Culebras by 9, three plaits of three cigars, at 1,620 DH.
Did Partagas prices go up in 2026?
Yes. The circular of 30 December 2025 rebuilt the whole list on 1 January, then that of 31 March 2026 raised nearly the whole range by 10 DH on 1 April: Serie D No. 4 from 240 to 250 DH, Serie D No. 5 from 200 to 210 DH, Lusitanias from 350 to 360 DH, Serie E No. 2 from 300 to 310 DH. The Presidentes took 20 DH (180 to 200 DH). Three vitolas stayed put: Chicos (20 DH), Culebras (180 DH) and Legado (300 DH).
